Shipping and Handling Policy
Goods are shipped from Louisville, KY through the United States Parcel Service and UPS both domestic and international. Live rates are given through UPS at checkout after entering your packages destination.
Live rates for USPS are given when availability, with a default flat rate of $8 for domestic shipping when live rates are not available.

Shipping cost also includes handling expenses, such as packaging materials, label printing, customer service in relation to shipping and labor costs.

Return & Exchange Policy
Squid Print prints and fulfills Phetasy, Inc. orders. Return undamaged products within 30 days to Squid Print for a refund or replacement. Buyer pays for shipping on returns.
