Bridget Phetasy is a writer and stand-up comedian. As the owner and operator of Phetasy, Inc., she has built a digital media cul-de-sac, leveraging existing platforms such as Twitter, YouTube, and Locals to deliver insightful and compelling commentary and observations on current events. 

Phetasy, Inc. is a production company providing entertainment, education, and inspiration to its clients by offering an oasis of sanity and humor via multiple mediums such as physical merchandise and various online content.

 

Bridget has contributed to a wide variety of publications such as SpectatorUSA, Huffington Post,Playboy, Tablet Magazine, The Washington Examiner, The Federalist, The New York Post, Mel Magazine and New York Daily News, sharing her opinions, advice and stories of struggle, faith, grit and resilience.

Her YouTube show Dumpster Fire is a satirical commentary on the ridiculousness of the 24-hour news cycle, the culture wars, media, social media and humanity in general.

 

A native New Englander, Bridget has lived in Los Angeles for the past 14 years. She is in great demand on the podcast circuit, having been interviewed by Glenn Beck, Dave Rubin, Carol Roth, Christina Hoff Sommers, Joe Rogan and other influential media figures. For her own podcast, she has interviewed a wide variety of guests from celebrities to waitresses, former Marines to stand up comics.

 

Bridget is passionate about issues related to addiction, recovery, mental health, sex, and relationships, and is honest in sharing her own experiences. She is a fearless advocate of free speech and tackles the topics of self-censorship and cancel culture with vigor, providing a refreshing dose of common sense in an increasingly insane culture.
